As Usual Awesome Service – Mary Glen Carbon, IL 62034

Replacing inducer draft motor mounting plate on a Trane furnace today. The young lady in the office is great! Mr. Plant is awesome! I’m recently widowed & no one treated me as a stupid female or try to sell me something I don’t need. I will continue to use Energy Stars & highly recommended them to friends & family!! Mary Glen Carbon IL 62034

She explained that her furnace is currently leaking water and that she has been told that the part behind the blower is cracked. The motor mount plate that the inducer mounts to was crack. We did notice that there was a lot of corrosion inside of her furnace.
