Working on a performance tune-up on a High-Efficiency Rheem A/C today. She had an issue with a leak last summer and we did a start up and it worked fine after. This year when she turned it on, it’s was not cooling. Her husband has changed the filter and cleaned the outdoor unit. We needed to replace some wiring to fix the issue and a slow coolant leak.
